Be able to perform preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities, ranging from general building maintenance to complete disassembly/repair of machinery and complex devices. Ownership of basic tools to perform maintenance duties as assigned.
Working knowledge and troubleshooting skills in medium voltage electrical circuitry, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics and the discipline of lock-out/tag-out. Strong knowledge of Robotic Welders and/or Stamping Presses.
Capable of working in confined spaces. Capable of working at heights up to 40 feet. Ownership of basic tools to perform maintenance duties as assigned. Work overtime as needed, including weekends. Be able to operate Manual Mills and Lathes. General Building Maintenance.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Some formal post-high school training in machinery maintenance, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
Previous stamping press maintenance experience required. Previous experience with Allen Bradley PLC platforms preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required while performing duties in production areas. Some computer literacy and data entry knowledge.

Requires prolonged standing, stooping, bending and stretching. Must be able to lift 25-100 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination and good manual dexterity. Must be able to work at heights as high as 40 feet. Normal hearing and vision range required.
